Moodle Learning Management System

In 2013, I worked with Women's Shelter of South Texas to implement a learning management system where the agency could provide consistent didactic training delivery to new employees and volunteers. Moving didactic training to an online platform allowed our face-to-face onboarding experience to be more relevant to the jobs performed by our new employees and volunteers. Andrew Estes, our Media and Technology Coordinator, handled the IT portion of the project while I focused on the instructional design and gathering of content from subject matter experts.

Cyberbullying Project-Based Learning with Metropolitan Preparatory School of Design
This was a joint project with Yi Ting Tsai and myself to create a project template that could be utilized by middle school technology teachers to guide students through a learning project that addressed the issue of cyberbullying. The Metro Schools of Design are located within the Corpus Christi Independent School District and focus on project-based learning as their preferred method of instruction.

Bay Area Fellowship LifeGroups Curriculum
Since July 2010, I have converted the sermons of Pastor Bil Cornelius from Bay Area Fellowship into a small-group, discussion-based curriculum that is used by hundreds of small groups across ten campuses. Click the subtitle to see the most current sermon lessons posted.

The Multimedia Toolbox
Below is a Prezi that was in development by the Prevention & Education Team at Women's Shelter of South Texas. The attempt was to create a one-stop shop for visual aids that presenters could use to answer just about any question that could come up in a workshop discussion. The Prezi below is interactive, so give it a try.
